The goal of this book is to provide a comprehensive description of the changes that have taken place in the lands of Karabakh and Eastern Zangezur liberated from the Armenian occupation in two years. The region is returning to peaceful life. Roads and railways are being built, the restored and rebuilt hydroelectric power stations provide electricity, new airports receive flights, the destroyed cities and villages are being revived. Having lived far from their homes for three decades, the internally displaced are beginning to return to their homeland.
